So far the Affordable Care Act, known familiarly as Obamacare, has cost the American taxpayers $850 billion dollars in set up costs. More than the entire stimulus program. And it only stimulated a lot of arguing and lawsuits.
Will President Obama and his co-conspirators write a check to the taxpayers or will it just be an ‘Oh well’ moment? How about the people who paid the 3.2% tax on home sales over $250,000? Will they get a refund?
